The Ap Geiriaduron contains the Cysgair general dictionary, as well as the standardized terminology dictionaries for schools and further education colleges in Wales, Y Termiadur Addysg, and for Universities in Wales, The Welsh National College's Terminology Dictionary. All these dictionaries provide English-Welsh / Welsh-English entries and can be used offline in case you do not have an internet connection.

* Contains 'The Terminology of Education' dictionary; funded by the Welsh Government as the dictionary of standardized terminology for schools and further education
* Contains the Termau Geiriadur Coleg Cymraeg; containing definitions, images and diagrams; funded by the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol as the dictionary of standardized terminology for Welsh-medium higher education
* Provides a gateway to the National Terminology Portal at termau.cymru for expanded searches
* Automatic updating of dictionaries as new words, terms and dictionaries are added
The Ap Geiriaduron is a Bangor University application, part-funded by a Go Wales graduate scheme. Further versions were funded by the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol's Small grants scheme so as to adapt for including their dictionaries.

The Ap Dictionaries include the general dictionary of Cysgair as well as standard terms dictionaries in The Termiadur Addysg (which provides terms for schools and further education colleges in Wales), and the Termau'r Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol Termau Dictionary which provides terms deferred for Welsh universities. These dictionaries are all English-Welsh / English-English offline online where you do not need a web link to use.

The Ap Geiriaduron appoints Bangor University. The original version was funded by the Go Wales scheme. The Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol Small Grant was accepted to adapt the ap to receive their dictionary.
